Nose: Features of strawberry, spices, ripe cherry and earthy notes.

Mouth: Light, fresh with features of cinnamon, raspberry and spices.

Soil: Clay-mixed sand.

Vinification: Hand-picked, selected, fully ripe grapes are fermented in open-top vats. Following an extended period of maceration, the different batches acquire a subtle oak influence. After 10 months, the individual batches are evaluated, then blended, and the finished wine is bottled.
