Nose/mouth: Floral rose, combined to a fresh and tanic cider, with some astringency at the end.

Vinification: Apples are picked at maturity, pressed to collect the juice. It is fermented in tank for months, until it gets 50g/l of sugars. The cider is filtered, then we add yeast before the bottling. A second fermentation will make the cider naturally sparking after few months of aging.

Enjoy together with: Cheese, red mears, salads.
